By accessing or using the T Boost AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the app.
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You may sign up using your Google or Apple account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users may upload content such as images to the app. By uploading or submitting content, you grant INFLUOGEN LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app and its features.
You represent that you own the rights to any content you upload and that such content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any law.
T Boost AI offers paid subscription options, including monthly and yearly plans. Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s account settings.
All content, trademarks, visual designs, logos, and other intellectual property displayed within T Boost AI are the exclusive property of INFLUOGEN LLC. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any material from the app without prior written permission.
We welcome feedback and suggestions from users. By submitting feedback, you agree that INFLUOGEN LLC may use and implement it without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized or unlawful activities within the app.
INFLUOGEN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use T Boost AI. Use of the app is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted within the app and on our official website. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
